Wild Love Hair Studio - Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Wild Love Hair Studio, we value your time and are committed to providing the best experience for our clients. To ensure that we can continue to serve all of our clients effectively, we have established the following booking and cancellation policies:

1. Online Booking and Credit Card Requirement:
All appointments booked online will require a valid credit card to hold your reservation. This card will not be charged unless a cancellation fee is incurred, as outlined below.

Your credit card information will be kept securely and will only be used for the purposes of securing your appointment or charging a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that life happens and sometimes you may need to change or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made less than 36 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $60 fee. This charge helps us manage our schedule and ensure we can accommodate other clients.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible to avoid this fee.

3. No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

4. Late Arrivals:
We ask that you arrive at your appointment time on-time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting the schedule of other clients.

5. Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 36 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Rescheduling within the 36-hour window will incur the $60 cancellation fee.
